Fermentation in small batch bin. Temperature control with selected yeast and subsequent aging in second-use French barrels for 8 months.

In sight

It presents a wine with a pleasant visual aspect. Color of medium intensity, cherry red, slightly orange nuances, clean, bright and luminous. At the end a good density is perceived.

TO the Nose

A very pleasant aroma is perceived, hints of young red fruits, slightly woody and very harmonic touches.

To the mouth

It is enjoyed a wine with a good balance, long permanence, dry taste, medium high body. The aftertaste confirms the fruitiness and ornaments of the oak.

Pairing

We recommend this wine with dishes of medium intensity, duck, turkey, pork, beef, ostrich, quail, pasta and not very seasoned red meat. Chocolate-based desserts. It is recommended to transfer.
