Fermentation in small batch bin. Temperature control with selected yeast and subsequent aging in second-use French barrels for 6 months.

In sight

It shows a wine of very good intensity of color. It has a plum red color, slightly orange hues, clean, sharp and bright. Good density which anticipates a good generosity in alcohol.

TO the Nose

A medium-high aromatic intensity is perceived, fruity character, slightly woody, clean, well achieved and pleasant aroma.

To the mouth

On the palate it is a friendly wine, with a medium-high intensity of flavor, dry taste, medium body. Rich acidity, elegant and harmonious tannins.

Pairing

We recommend this wine with dishes of medium intensity, duck, turkey, pork, beef, ostrich, quail, pasta and not very seasoned red meat. Chocolate-based desserts.
