On the nose the notes of fruits such as strawberries, cherries and blueberries predominate, as well as spicy aromas that have a reason to be in the twelve months that this wine is in the barrel (such as cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and pepper). In the mouth you can feel the power of Petite Syrah, it is a structured and powerful wine that pairs perfectly with fatty cuts of meat and with prolonged cooking periods.

Pairing: Cuts such as New York, Rib-eye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Steak, Grilled meats, Mingón Filet, Ribs, Lamb chops, Cabrito Norteño Marrow and Jabato confit. Chocolate with vanilla.

Nothing from the Clos de Tres Cantos winery is an ensemble of two grapes: Tempranillo and Petite Syrah. The owners of the winery, Joaquín Moya and María Benítez, vinify this wine following the philosophy of the winery: environmentally friendly production processes, protection of the ecosystem, equitable projects on a social level and viable from an economic point of view, with sustainable viticulture practices, starting with the use of energy.
